Cross Country
It was incredibly wet and muddy but we survived the School Sports Partnership Cross Country event on Wednesday 7th October! Well done to all of KS2 for your fantastic efforts during the Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 races. I was so proud of your behaviour, sense of fun and your resilience. Thank you for supporting and encouraging each other and thank you to all the parents who braved the weather to support our school.
Huge congratulations to Erin for achieving 1st place in the Year 5/6 Girls’ Race and Joshua who was 8th in the Year 5/6 Boys’ Race. Both children have now qualified for the County Finals in March. Well done!
Harvest Festival
We would like to say a big thank you for all your generous donations at our Harvest Festival. We collected a grand total of 278 cans of food for the Durham Food Bank. This exceeded our 200 Can Challenge by a huge amount. Well done to everyone.
